You'll build a trusting relationship with your midwife, who will listen to your concerns and provide the resources to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth plan.
Labor and Delivery Support
One of the most significant moments in your pregnancy journey is the labor and birth of your baby. At RAMC, our nurses are trained to provide continuous support throughout labor, offering comfort measures, guidance, and encouragement. Whether you choose natural birth, pain management techniques, or require medical interventions, we will support your choices and advocate for your preferences to ensure a positive and safe birth experience.
Private Birthing Suites and Water Birth Options
Our Birth Center features beautiful, homelike private suites where you will stay during labor, birth, and postpartum. These family-centered suites allow for a private birth experience with space for your family or support group. We also offer the option of water birth in our large delivery tubs, providing a natural and gentle birthing experience. For those not opting for a full-water birth, our soaking tubs can help ease labor discomfort.
Postpartum and Newborn Care
After your baby is born, our midwives and nurses continue to support you during the postpartum period. We offer guidance on breastfeeding, newborn care, and emotional adjustment. Our team includes several Lactation Specialists to assist with any breastfeeding concerns and ensure a smooth transition for you and your newborn.

Experiencing a Miscarriage
