An Intimate Pre-Birth Conference with Your Dedicated Nurse Navigator
You will be invited to a Pre-Birth Conference as you enter your third trimester. This affair is purposefully designed as an intimate meet-and-greet where you can freely express all concerns and curiosities. It is during this conference that you’ll be introduced to valuable resources such as the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC), and Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP). Guidance on breast pump coverage, pregnancy class registration, and even baby car seat installation is also provided.
