Applicants are encouraged to apply online through the Reedsburg Area Medical Center career page. The application process requires that the candidate submit a resume with their application. The application process takes approximately 5 minutes. Once the application is submitted, the candidate will receive an automated email confirmation that their submission was successful.
Hiring managers will review resumes and applications that are submitted for the vacant position to ensure that the candidate meets the minimum requirements for the position. Hiring managers may also choose to screen candidates with a phone interview.
The hiring manager will invite the most qualified candidates to an interview. The interview may be conducted via a virtual platform or in person. In some situations, candidates will be invited back for a second interview.
The hiring manager will extend a verbal offer of employment to the candidate. Human Resources will then send the candidate a written offer letter that the candidate can review and accept. Employment at Reedsburg Area Medical Center is contingent on the candidate completing and passing a pre-employment physical and drug screen, reference check, and caregiver/criminal background check.
Upon clearance from Employee Health and Human Resources, the employee will be scheduled for their first day of employment. New hires are required to attend a 2-day general orientation for the organization before they receive department-specific training and orientation.

About Reedsburg
Reedsburg, Wisconsin is a thriving community of 10,190 (2023) residents located in the heart of Sauk County. Come take a walk downtown and visit the historical shopping district. Enjoy biking the 400 state trail which will connect you to trails that will take you to the western side of the state. Canoe, Kayak or boat down the Baraboo River, the longest, free-flowing river in the nation.
With Devils Lake and Mirror Lake State Parks a short drive away, I think you will agree that in Reedsburg, there’s always something to explore!
