Strong Bodies

Strong Bodies is a 12-week exercise program that focuses on progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities for women and men of all ages, but is especially geared for mid-life and older.

Classes meet on the RAMC campus for 12 weeks.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays
  • 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. with Jason
  • 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. with Erika

Virtual option is available for all classes.

Cost is just $35 for new participants; $30 for returning members.
